The number of endangered animal species continues to grow at an astounding rate. Brenda has created a sculpture to both recognize this irreversible course and to also bring attention to it.

This is a very complex piece starting with the bird skeleton in the centre awaiting redemption - an alliteration for all the species at risk. The furled leaves surrounding the centre and on top anticipate the arrival of a new era of protection and life for all creatures on our planet.

The backside of the sculpture lists a great number of species at risk.
